At Conimel, we have adopted water reuse practices with the goal of minimizing waste and maximizing water efficiency in our production process. To achieve this, we have implemented a system that treats and reuses water in our operations. We ensure that every drop is used responsibly and efficiently. This initiative has a considerable impact on the environment and promotes sustainable awareness.

Focus on the strengths of our production:

Sand: The sand used in mold making is reused, reducing its disposal. With advanced technology, we transform used sand into reusable sand, reducing our consumption by 90%.

Air: Our system filters and recovers zinc oxide, a byproduct of the furnaces, which is then used by fertilizer companies. We turn waste into resources, reducing the amount of disposal.

Recycled materials: All Conimel products are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes. Additionally, the paper used for printing, agendas, and promotional materials also comes from recycled sources. This practice reinforces our commitment to sustainability throughout the supply chain.
